Open the link above and sign in using your order code and email address. Follow the instructions to enter your name, address, and phone number, then select your preferred return method.
Once you receive the QR code by email, pack your item securely and either drop it off at an available shipping location or hand it to the Yamato driver at your scheduled pickup time.
