On the package until 2kg we can ship 4 to 5 knives depending on the type and size.

We accept payement in American dollar, Australian dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, japanese yen and most of the currencies.

Shipping information

We ship from Japan to worldwide.

We can ship by Japan post EMS, Post office economic and DHL.

We usually ship between 1 to 3 days after payement confirmation.

We recommend DHL to north America,Australia,Hong Kong ,Singapore and Europe.

We recommend EMS to east Europe, midle east,central America.

We recommend Post office economic to China,South America (until 2kg)

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can process a refund under the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: The item must be brand new and unused.

  • Return Window: You must report and initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Shipping & Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping fees, insurance, tariffs, duties, and any related processing costs are non-refundable.

  • Packing: Please pack the item securely and carefully (equivalent to how it was delivered) to prevent any damage during transit.

  • Condition Verification: We may request photos of the item to verify its condition before accepting the return.

Then we can cancel and make a refund .
