We stock a wide range of knives from all over Japan, including knives from famous knife-producing areas such as Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, and Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, as well as knives made by individual artisans or small factories. From the finest selection, you can choose the knife that's perfect for you based on your purpose and application, weight, balance, feel, or appearance.

・Petty/small knife ¥680~

・Special knives for bone-cleaning etc. ¥980~

・Japanese knife handle replacement ¥1,500~

 

*If there are large chips, rust, deformations, etc. and the item needs to be reshaped, an additional charge of ¥500 to ¥2,500 may be incurred depending on the condition.

*We only accept resharpening of knives other than kitchen knives (machetes, axes, other sports knives, etc.) that have been purchased at our store.

*Please note that we may be forced to refuse your order depending on the type and condition of the knife, such as a honyaki knife that has been significantly deformed.
