Processing may take longer depending on the contents of the order, stock availability, peak periods, or other circumstances.

Shipping Method

Orders within Japan are shipped via Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, order contents, weight, size, and other applicable factors. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes approximately 1–2 days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and certain other areas may take longer. Delays may also occur due to weather, traffic conditions, peak shipping periods, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damage or Loss During Shipping

If the package or product is visibly damaged upon delivery, or if you experience a problem such as a missing shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs of the packaging, shipping box, and product to investigate the issue.
