We offer sharpening and resharpening of professional and household knives, as well as replacement of Japanese knife handles!

If you bring in your knives, we can give you an estimate, so please feel free to contact us.

Knife sharpening basic fee

Petite 700 yen and up

Gyuto/Santoku knife: from 1,000 yen

Japanese knives from 1,500 yen

Rust, deformation, and chipped blade repairs Basic fee + 500 yen

Repair and replacement of Japanese knife handles: from 1,000 yen

Prices vary depending on the type of handle. Please note that we may be forced to decline your request depending on the condition of the knife.

Laser name engraving

One knife: 550 yen

Why not engrave your name, the name of the person you are giving the gift to, or an anniversary on your knife?

We will engrave your name on the spot upon purchase, so you can take it home on the same day.

We can also engrave knives that you have not purchased from our store, so please feel free inquire!
